The scentific novelty of jobs is, that the questions connected to the description of the factors, investment decisions, influencing acceptance, bu the foreign investors are investigated, with referrence to conditions of Ukraine and the basic directions of activity on change of an investment climate of regions of Ukraine are determined. The theoretical significance of job is, that its main ideas and the conclusions expand scientific submissins about possibilities of marketing of territories in our country, about motivations consulting of investment activity , about structure of an investment climate of Ukraine as a whole and its separate regions.
