The phase and structural transformations which took place in two-layered In2Se3-Cu films during annealing in Se atmosphere as well as the formation mechanism of CuInSe2 phase were studied. There were found the preparation conditions of ZnSe films. Some new recomandations were offered for the deposition of CuInSe2 base and ZnSe buffer layers for solar cells.
