Aim of an investigation: The development of the resources saving technology of manufacturing a strongly basic anionite of the АВ-17 type. Methods of an investigation: the organic synthesis methods, the ionite testing procedures, chemical analysis of composition of solutions, PC data processing. Basic results:It was justified the conditions of synthesis and was developed the technology of manufacturing of the the strongly basic anionites of the АВ-17 type with low degree of cross-linking, which on technical characteristics are better than anionite AB-17-8 and are on a par with foreign analogues. New strongly basic anionites (with 4% and 6% of DVB) have been synthesized in industrial conditions. It was determined the main processing characteristics stipulated by GOST 20301-74. Experimental-industrial tests of new ionites have been conducted at conditions of the desalination block plant running. It was shown that on technological characteristics the anionites AB-17-4 and AB-17-6 in process of steam condensate purification are in par with foreign anionites including those that are synthesized on exclusive technologies.Area of application: Consumers of strongly basic anionite of АВ-17 type are thermoelectric power stations and nuclear power plants, chemical and petroleum chemical -plants.
