Aim of studies: the development of simple and applicable at the water preparation unit technology for the production of catalycally active sorbent based on natural clinoptilolite for the fitration removal of manganese and iron ions from artesian water.Metods: analytical chemistry, chemical modification, filtration echnologies.Main results: The de-ironing and de-manganation process is recommended to perform in two stages. At the first stage, the de-ironing of artesian waters is perfomed using the filtration with simplified aeration throught the filter with natural zeolite load. At this stage the main quantity of iron ions is removed. At the second stage, to perform the residual iron and the de-manganation, the water is passed through the filters loaded by modified clinoptilolite.
