The purpose of work - to justify scientifically the expediency of new medical remedies based of fine ferromagnetics. The novelty of researches is, that for the first time the ferromagnetic powders were obtained by thermochemical methods and protected by the patents for the inventions of Ukraine and Russia. New powders were used for creation of samples of new medicaments for surgery, reflexotherapy and oncology. As a result of the carried researches on definition of the main yardsticks of selection of components and their ratio the new composites with bactericidal properties in surgery for treatment of purulent wounds, ulcers, combustions were generated; for treatment of diseases by methods of a reflexotherapy; for a directional effect of repressing of propagation of swellings in an oncology. The obtained for the first time composites based on powders of ferromagnetics and composition powders with silver and platinum were tested in experiment for surgery, reflexotherapy and oncology. The outcomes of researches of the composites of directional medical operating can become the basis for obtaining of modem medical means and drugs without application of organic matters.
