The aim of the work is assurance of the time and frequency measurements unity. The method of research is experimental determination of metrological characteristics of the standard by means of conducting internal and external comparisons. Five hydrogen oscillators of the standard of time and frequency were included into the equipment of realization and keeping the size of time and frequency units of the standard. The got metrological characteristics of the standard correspond to the passport data.
