Possibility of the calorimetric methods usage for the ecotoxicologic and monitoring studies of the marine hydrobionts condition has been shown. At has been determined, that bivalve mollusks individual age is good biomarker for bioindication of the aquatoria pollution with heavy metals. The methodics for the complex analysis of the fish blood physiological indices foor indication of the environmental pollution has been described. Phhenomenons of progressive anemia, leucocytosis and cosinophylia in fish can serve as indicators of the coastal waters pollution level. The methodology for studying brown algae - cystogeira epiphyton microalgae, depending on its age as an environment condition biomarker has been proposed. The review on the problem of toxicity occurrance in marine microalgae has been given. 40 species of the toxic microalgae, which can be used, as indicators of the water environment condition have been revealed for the Black sea. The methodology has been presented and the methods for the studies of the hard bottom beds microphytobenthos productivity in the coastal regions have been described.
