Volumetric amorphousation in specimens with thickness up to 5 mm has been obtained. Relationship of amorphousation processes with thermodynamic and kinetic parameters has been shown; influence of alloying elements (Ti, Nb, Mo, Y) to the possibility of amorphousation has been determined. Diffusion regimes of heat-treatment for obtaining of nano-crystalline structure from amorphous conditions under heating have been established.
