Object of research - control mechanism by the corporate rights of the state in Ukraine. The purpose of research is the management development by the corporate rights of the state on the scientific - justify theory-methodological fundamentals. The construction of such system, its effective operation, will render assistance maintenance of economical safety of the state, preservation of the control of the state behind activity of socially significant areas and increase of efficiency of finance-economic activities of firms from a lobe of a state ownership for achievement of maximum social and economic effect from operation of this spear of economics. The available laws do not determine a unified state policy and do not create an integrated system of legal maintenance of control of the state corporate rights in Ukraine. Therefore, necessity of mining of original positions of the concept of control of the corporate rights of thestate by the definite solution of Government committee of economical development and on an economic policy (№ 17 from 15.07.2003) as a priority of activity of State property Fund of the Ukraine. Object of research - processes of formation of an integrated management system of the corporate rights of the state, which one allows for features of application of miscellaneous control mechanisms to definite groups of objects and specific features of activity of the separate subjects of control. Exploratory methods: At problem solving of research were used the legal and special exploratory methods, namely method of the logical and comparative analysis, legal and economical analysis of intercouplings, factor analysis, tendencies of development, processing of the legal acts and references common - economical analysis. Outcomes of research. The justification of conclusions is confirmed by their approbation at discussion on scientific - practical round desktops, which one were held in representation of World bank in Ukraine and Committee Verhovna Rada of Ukraine on the finance and banking. The outcomes of activity are inserted in practice of activity of the Ukrainian institute of development of the stock market. The basic sections of research are transferred for the publication in the periodic scientific editions. The findings of investigation can be used at opening-up of the normative documents, on the basis of which one the mining legislative and normative - legal acts will implement on control of objects of a state ownership in a part of control of the state corporate rights.
