The primary program on determination of positions 44 ERS was carried out and even it was exceeded by 9 ERS in northern hemisphere (observations and processing). The real program of ERS observations was extended up to 75 ERS due to inclusion of ERS observations in a southern hemisphere up to -400 on declination. 22 southern ERS were observed with 1-meter telescope YuAO and its optical positions in system of catalogue UCAC1 were determined in the Shanghai observatory . The analysis of difference О-Р (optical - radio of ERS position) by observations with different telescopes of northern and southern sky shows satisfactory data on accuracy (40-80 mas). The compilation more exact and dense summary catalogue of reference stars on the base of all accessible catalogues for areas around 300 ERS makes possibility to finish the work on determination of angles of connection of coordinate systems not worse than 3 mas.
