The main purpose of the investigation was working out the technology of obtaining fuleren containing composite materials based on the fuleren films that were getting by Byelorussian side. Modern complex physical methods like follow: Raman scattering, Fourier and infrared spectroscopy, transmission and reflection light in visible and ultraviolet range, electroreflectance modulation, atom-force microscopy were utilized for this aim. The carbon films were prepared using different technique with ion stimulation and without. It was working out technology of getting fuleren and fuleren containing composite films (fuleren in diamond like matrix and metal-fuleren) with various contents of fulrens on different substrate. The influence of the different technological factors on the physical properties and nanomorphology fuleren containing films for utilization in biomedical as biocompatible saving coating that can be used as implant or manufactured joints was established.
