Methods of investigations — vacuum preparation of films, their irradiation by a monochromatic light, spectroscopic and diffraction measurings, microscopic studies of morphology and structure. The new methods of recording of polarization of light in a visible region of elaborated a spectrum are elaborated; the new device for demonstrating an interference in crystals is proposed; the new effect of an optical turbulence and effect of violation of polarization symmetry of a laser beams are detected; the new method of formation of holographic gratings andobservations of effect of a self-diffraction is designed; the new expedient of measurings of an index of refraction is designed; the new data about an energy electronic spectrum of triple and quater compounds are obtained on the basis of halogenides of metals; the nature of bands of a resonance absorption in granular films of a series of metals is detected. The SRW are applied to further development of the theory of nonlinear optical effects; for prediction of properties of compounds with an anomaously high ionic conductivity; for development of the theory of a plasma resonance in metal granular films.
