It was shown that universally recognized conceptions about oligosaccharide layer structural changes dominating role in forming of surface charge decrease radiation induced effect can be spread taking into account possible contribution of lipid phase radiation damage. It was determined that thymocyte electrokinetic properties change under accelerated electrons influence can be defined by the following primary patterns: a) radiolysis products participate in cell surface structure radiation damage; b) cell charge decrease under the radiation influence are mediated by sulfhydric protein groups oxidation and by their following conformation and dynamic properties change; c) membrane lipid phase physical parameters modification can change the character of glycocalixis structural change that leads to cell electrophoretic mobility decrease. Three types of DUE sorbtion centres were found characterised by different physicochemical properties of probe micro-surroundings. The observed probe binding segment polarity changes and DUE molecule repartition between centres of different type are connected to lipid peroxidation but they can't be justified only by processes of peroxidation. It was shown that microsomal membranes lipid phase integral viscosity change under TX-100 and GA supplement doesn't play any significant role in the observed effects of enzyme activity change appearance. The main reason of such activity change is enzyme direct lipid surroundings and protein molecules structure modification. When detergents influence on radiated microsomes study the radiation influence aggravation was observed, that is the enzyme sensitization to radiation influence in the presence of modificating agents. Under different detergents influence on microsomal memranes nearly "concentration" effect is observed — with the agents concentration increase their biological effect nature abruptly changes (enzyme reaction activation changes for inhibition). The acting lipophily phytoadaptogene complex of chokeberry fetus experimental analysis showed that radioprotection properties are peculiar to both its subfractions (oily and paraffin). When the research work execution for the first time there were shown soft tissues diagnostics fundamental abilities using the ultrasound Doppler probing in terms of remote acoustic palpation method and SWEI diagnostics method. The elaborated algorithms for Doppler signals processing and the appropriate software allowed to carry out series of experimental research of homogeneous and heterogeneous acoustic phantoms of soft tissues in vitro viscoelastic properties identification abilities. The first images of viscoelastic properties of investigated acoustic phantoms of soft tissues spatial distribution were obtained, they fundamentally differ from habitual medical echotomoscope B-, D-, CD- and PD-images. There was drawn the conclusion about remote acoustic palpation method absolute convenience for wide class of soft tissues pathological states ultrasound medical diagnostics.
