The effective modification of intermetallic phases and structures of grains is achieved by rolling, thermal and laser annealing. The examination results of migration and segregation dynamics of intermetallic inserts in zirconium alloys are submitted. The magnification of intermetallids concentration on a surface of alloys is caused by processes of intermetallid particles increase and particles accelerated diffusion at intergranular boundaries. The results of experimental examinations of a graphites surface by a method of a scanning tunnel microscopy are submitted. The periodic modulation of surface electronic density is revealed.The results of the analysis of some reference transformation processes of crystalline structures are given at 1-st genus phase transformations Considered features of the mechanisms of polymorphic transformations at whichthe model description of the ordered structures formation in nonequilibrium systems with dissipation utilised. For these theoretical representations addition the examinations of monocrystal substrates surface layers from gadolinium -galium garnet of a different perfection degree are carried out. The substrates composition and structural inhomogeneity of its surface layer is revealed, that is probably bound with ferrogarnet amorphous films formation at deposition.The experimental examination of giant Barkhausen jumps in polycrystalline semifixed ferromagnetic 75З-22Fе-3Nb and in a composite ferromagnetic wire with a magnetic and structural unmixing is carried out. The magnetic and electrical parameters of pulsing devices are given on the basis of a designed material.The research work results will be introduced into technology of development of prospect magnetic Wiegand alloys, alloys of zirconium and graphite layers on a surface of solid bodies.
