The investigation aim is developing of modern model of dose fields in space heterogeneous objects irradiated by scanning electron and photon beams. The investigation methods are theoretical analysis of geometrical and physical models of ionizing irradiation sources and objects used in radiation technological processes. Methods of theoretical and mathematical physics. Computer modeling of physical processes. Monte-Carlo method. Generalization of semiempirical dose fields models of electron and photon beams in space heterogeneous objects was carried out for the first time. Developed model of two-dimentional dose fields ensures the obtaining of calculating data with taking into account boundary effects for objects irradiated by scanning electron beam. Energy of initial particles is 0.5-20 MeV, space detailing near boundary not worse than 0.1 g/sm2 , dose relative error not worse than 10%. Developed semiempirical models are realized as complex of programs that correspond to world level and use in Internet at present. Obtained results are used in modern courses of studies "Dosimetry and ionizing irradiation transfer though material", "Computer modeling nuclear physical experiment". Investigation results may be applied in electron beams dosimetry, in developing of new radiation technologies used scanning electron beams, radiation condition prediction in borne of spacecrafts and radiation environment monitoring.
