The Wistar rats were used in the work.Treatment with CdCl2 and HgCl2 caused the hemolysis products accumilation in blood serum and their further transport into the liver and kidney. The increase of heme-binding protein tryptophan - 2,3-dioxygenase content makes less expressed oxidative disorders,caused by free heme,which accumilates in liver after HgCl2 administration.Alpha-Tocopherol administration prevent antioxidant -prooxidant equilibrium changes and did not prevent the increase heme oxygenase activity and accumilation of hemolys products caused CdCl2, Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
