The molecular mechanisms of the biological activity of the low-power laser irradiation (to 16 mW) of red (l=633 nm) and submillimeter (l=70,5 mm and l=118,8 mm) in the different composition of the biosubject was studied. The modern dates about the molecular photoreceptors of the low-power laser radiation (LPLR) in the organisms as well as heamolytical stability of the erythrocytes after the laser irradiation are considered in the review. It has been shown that LPRL does not change of the lipid peroxidation and the stability to the acid haemolysis in the erythrocytes. In the more difficult systems - the organ homogenates - the concentration of the lipid peroxidation products was changes.
