The aim of the work: investigation of polarization and nonlinear processes in interaction of electromagnetic fields with biological objects by holographic methods. Research method: theoretical study and digital simulation of interaction of electromagnetic field with biological media. Theoretical investigation of incoherent light propagation in anisotropic retina layers are carried out. A mathematical model of light propagation in retina is elaborated. Computer simulation base on the model was implemented. The possibility of dynamic holograms formation in the nonlinear medium of photoreceptor outer segments under the influence of natural no polarized light was proved. Based on the holographic vision model a holographic visocontastometer and a device for data transmission and reception, protected by Ukrainian patent 1457, were developed. A holographic interference microscope (HIM) was worked out. The form of blooderythrocytes was investigated by the HIM. Prognostic suggestion concerning the subject of the research: development of ophthalmologic diseases diagnostics and new technical facilities such as holographic visocontrastometer, microscope and information systems.
