The aim of the investigation:- creation of the electrodynamic model of the calculation of crossed junctions, filled with arbitrary dielectric permittivity tensor; - creation of the measurement method of tensor components and ellipsoid axises of anisotropic materials dielectric permittivity. The method of the investigation: - theoretical - electrodynamic solution of electromagnetic characteristics of investigating structures; - experimental - resonant method of anisotropic dielectrics measurements on microwaves.The rigorous electrodynamic solution of the hybrid wave propagation in anisotropic medium with arbitrary tensor of the dielectric permittivity have been obtained. The system of linear algebraic equations of second order, that describes hybrid electromagnetic modes in resonant rectangular junction with anisotropic crystal media have been obtained. Some opportunities of the Hmno- and Emno-mode type existance, that important for utilizing in practice. The numerical algorithm and program software for computer analysis of electromagnetic modes resonant and energy characteristics and electric characteristics of filling medium was worked out.The measurement method of dielectric permittivity tensor components, an axises of dielectric permittivity ellipsoid and optical axises of uniaxial crystals with tetragonal, hexagonal and trigonal type of symmetry and bi-axial crystals with rhombic type of symmetry have been created. During the work there was created the automatized complex with created program software can fulfil wholly automatic measurements: an amplitude-frequency characteristics of the resonator; coefficients of standing wave voltage; dielectric permittivity tensor components of anisotropic material; main directions and optical axises of the dielectric permittivity ellipsoid of an uniaxial and bi-axial crystals with high accuracy with their destruction. The outlooks of the object investigation directions:- creating of a method of opened anisotropic crystals electrodynamic analysis; - providing with high accuracy continuous control of the monocrystal growing technology process with various syngony.
