The purpose of the work is to throw light on the main stages of Ukrainian economy reformation: the rebuilding of government bodies by economy; the changes in the economy structure; real steps in release of the economy from state control; the forming of new institutional system. While analysing methods of analysis and synthesis, ascent from abstract to concrete, comparison and observation were used. In SRW it is shown, that the finishing of every stage of transformation sherply increase the realization of the next one; while the previous stage hasn't been finished, the rest are risking to be out of point. The society is not able to solve tasks of structural transformation, unless the state institutions, which are functionally and corporationaly grown together with present industrial system, have not been changed; it is impossible to solve the tasks of real process of release from state control of economy without reforming of present state-social system, the structure of Ukrainian economy; only by creating the conditions for real private economic activity of citizens the society can from balanced system of state and nonstate institutions of social market economy.
