The objective of the paper is carrying out of methodical ways concerning financing of investment activity and system of measures aimed at studying attraction mechanism of finance resources and mastering the system of investment activity financial providing, investigating of the regularities of fax basis organisation and development of the local budgets income formation and the ways of their improvement; mechanism of providing financial stability of the commercial banhs. Methods of the investigation are as folloms a dialectical method; principles of logic and systematic analysis and synfbesis; methods of guantitative financial analysis; fundamental concepts of the theory of finance; formalisation and economic and mathematical modelling. Results of the investigation are as follons: inthodological bases of investmeht activity financial providing are given; reasons influencing the effectiveness in the sphere of investment activity financial providing are explained; methodical approaches on improving ways of managing the financial provision of investment resources are carried out; main ways of the system of local (regional) taxation system of Ukraine are found and explained; it has been proved that banks liguidity is affected by the structure of its assets. The results of the Work done will be great imporbance in forneation a the oretical and practical concept basis of a new economic model with the help of financial and credit regulation. The data provided can be used by the subjects of the economy in the process of their activity. The model proposed and the ways of improving the local taxation system give the doportunity to highly increase the role of local (regional) self - administation bodies in the formation of their budget system revenues.
