The distinctive feature of the offered approach is that for TFM design a method has been first proposed, which is focused to solving a system of equations for a 3D viscous fluid flow - the Navier-Stokes equations, the mass conservation equations and the mass preservation equations. A description of the theoretical components of of the method has been appended with a consideration of different modern turbulence models.
