Further working out of blocking osteosynthesis of femur was spent in the direction of widening of evidences to use "Fixative ABAS" at multiple and associative injuries and also at vertebro-cerebrospinal trauma. Analysis of results of femur lenghthening by Bliskunov's operated apparatus was spent. Characteristic of observations for 126 patients was showed for whom was carried out femurs lengthening, there were 30 patients had twin lengthening. Analysis of results of femur lengthening allowed to choose 2 categories of mistakes, 4 categories of complications, and it was determined the way of its prophylaxis.
