It was revealed main features of influence of impurities and thermal annealing on transport and magnetic properties of the studied materials. Magnetic susceptibility of Hg1-XMnXSe and Hg1-XMnXTe1-YSy solid solutions as function of temperature is interpreted in frame work of creation of different type of clusters. The olserved changes in the Mossbaver spectra of the Pb1-XSnXTe:Gd solid solutions are explained by the changes in the local surrounding of Snnuclei and by electric field gradient taise crused by Te vacancise.
