The goal of the work is to work out proposals substantiating either possibility or impossibility of ratifying by Ukraine of ILO Conventions. A comparative analysis has been used. It has been shown that the Conventions involved can be ratified when corresponding conditions for high-quality control for observance of the labour legislation and labour protection.
