The target of the work - the development of new microwave (MW) temperature stable dielectric materials, and products based on them (resonators, substartes for integrated circuits), and experimental samples of frequency - separation devices; the coordination with Chinese partners on the specifications to the products, which are being developed for the further scientific and technical cooperation. Wnen implementing the given work the following tasks have been worked out: the chemical compositions of temperature stable dielectric materials with high-level electrophysical properties have been developed; the processing technique of the ceramic products based on synthesized materials have been developed; the experimental samples of temperature stable dielectric materials, and products based on them have been manufactured. As the outcome of the work carried out the program of scientific and technical cooperation between both the scientists and manufacturers from Ukraine and China has been started on the above subject.
