Genetical structure of different cattle breeds (Red Stepp, Holstain), barley's varieties, which are reproduceing in different regions of Ukraine, and variants of winter wheat, which are different in resistencs for Tilletia caries Tul. were studied. Obtained data testify to similarity of population-genetic responce on biotic (resisance for Bovine Leucose Viruse of Red Stepp cattle breed) and abiotic (reproductive "success" of Holstein's animals in zone of improved ionizing polution) factors of stress. Analysis of 10 barley's variety was performed with using of different types of molecular-genetic markers - polimorphyc genetic-biochemical markers and products of amplification by RAPD-PCR method. Line of winter wheat 5/55, which is resistant for Tilletia caries Tul., sensitive variety Mironovskaya 808, and hybrids F2 of this forms were also studied.
