Object of research - gear of training and certification of the specialists on control of the corporate rights of the state in Ukraine. The purpose of research is the system development training and certifications of the specialists on control of the corporate rights of the state on the scientifically - are justified fundamentals theory-methodological bases. Construction of such system of training and certification of the specialists on control of the corporate rights of the state, they effective operation will supply selection staff, the proficiency which one will respond the responsibilities, assigned to them, in an orb of control of the corporate rights of the state. It will render assistance increase of a level of corporate control and efficiency of finance-economic activities of firms from a lobe of a state ownership. The available statutory acts on training and the certifications of faces authorized to operate(control) by the state corporate rights leave out specific problems of miscellaneous professional categories, attracted to control procedure the corporate rights depending on the position which one is taken by this persons in the conforming control of joint-stock company (supervisory council, revision committee, board), or functions assigned to this persons (the quoter of an authorized person concerning control by the corporate rights of the state). As a volume of the rights and responsibilities of these categories of persons during corporate control in joint-stock companies, which one definite legislation, differ, it demands differentiation of the educational programs of opening-up of the conforming professional categories. Therefore necessity of updating of a system of training and certification of the specialists on control of the corporate rights of the state with allowance for of miscellaneous professional categories is determined by the Order of a Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine from 18.01.2003 #25-р " About the statementof measures on implementation of priority development trends of corporate control in joint-stock companies " Object of research - processes of formation of an integrated system training and certifications of the specialists on control of the corporate rights of the state, which one allows for specific features of activity of the separate subjects control. Exploratory methods. At problem solving of research the legal and special exploratory methods, namely method of the logical and comparative analysis, legal and economical analysis of inter couplings, processing of the statutory acts and references were used economical theory. Outcomes of the research. The justification of conclusions confirms by their approbation in educational process, and also at the inserted similar systems of training and certification of the specialists on the stock market and corporate control on the basis of Ukrainian institute of development of the stock market. The outcomes of activity are inserted in practice of activity of the Ukrainian institute of development of the stock market. The main sections of research are transferred to the publication in the periodic scientific editions. The findings of investigation can be used at opening-up of the normative documents on the basis of which one the training and certification of the specialists will to implement, which one participate in control procedure the corporate rights of the state.
