The aim of the work - development the technology of output of cation, quick-decay bitumen emulsion on the set of mixer type. The method of the research - the analyse of the projective, technical and normative documentations, experimental research of bitumen emulsion, tests of bitumen, studying of the processes of mechanical and chemical emulsifying of bitumen and regimes of work corresponding emulsion sets, determination emulsifying property of different emulsifying agents while using emulsion set of mixer type. As the result of these research it had been selected the emulsifying agent, optimal compositions and technological parameters of emulsion output on the mixer type set. It had been developed recommendations on prepearing of bitumen emulsion on the mixer type set, where the requirments as the emulsion and initial components are shown, also pointed at their composition, technology and control of emulsion production, requirements of industrial safety rules and enviroment protection.
