The aim of the work - to the work out composition and technology of prepearing and application emulsion - mineral admixtures with utilization of emulsion on the base of emulsifying agent Decetam. That allow to fulfill high quality repair and building of road coats and substructures under unstable weather conditions and without significant fuel and rower expenses. The method of the investigation - research, analyse and generalization of normative documents and literature sources, experimental and laboratory works. Recived results and their novelty - the generalization of normative documents were held. It had developed the composition and technology of prepearing and arrangement of emulsion - mineral admixtures as for pavement layer so for patch repair. It had been determined the requirements to quality of rock materials, bitumen and emulsion on the base of Decetam. On the base of determined requirement were held tests of initial materials as a results of investigations had been developed the recommendations on technology of prepearing and application emulsion-mineral admixtures with utilization of emulsion on the base of emulsifying agent Decetam.
