The purpose of the work - development, investigation and introduction of new complex technologies of manufacturing the new magnetically soft powder materials for direct and alternating current fields of commercial frequency. The methods of the research - the experimental-theoretical investigations of stress-strain state of powder bodies; investigation of magnetic properties of powder materials; metallographic study of the samples; the analysis of constructive features of the parts. To develop and study the technologies of manufacturing the new magnetically soft powder the following researches are made: the experimental-theoretical investigations of the methods of manufacturing magnetically soft materials by powder metallurgy methods are carried out; the algorithms of computation of technological parameters for manufacturing powder magnetically soft parts are developed; the technological preparation of production of magnetically soft powder parts is carried out; the technical requirements (specifications) on manufacturing magnetically soft materials are developed and agreed.
