THE PURPOSE of RESEARCH: clinico-epidemiological study of a situation brain injury traumatism in Donetsk region for develop of mathematical ways of forecasting it of development in future and mathematics-computing objective differences of treatment intracranial hemorrhage. RECEIVED RESULTS: is carried out clinico-epidemiological research brain injury traumatisms in Donetsk city, on the basis of that the mathematical model of forecasting of development of this process in the future is created. The program of forecasting of outcomes differential of treatment intracranial hemorrhage is created depending on a method of treatment.NOVELTY: the clinico-epidemiological program of research brain injury traumatism for the first time is developed, on the basis of which for the first time is carried out dynamic (for 5лет) study of this kind traumatism; the computer program of forecasting of outcomes of rendering of medical aid by the injured with intracranial hemorrhage is developed depending on a method of treatment. EFFICIENCY: the accuracy of the forecast of dynamics of development brain injury traumatism makes more, than 99 %; the mistake of forecasting of outcomes of rendering assistance at intracranial hemorrhage changes from 29 up to 46 %. AREA of USE: neurosurgicals, traumatologics, neurology's of branch of hospitals; educational establishments, where the brain injury trauma is studied.
