PURPOSE: to reveal change of activity of enzymes of a thymidine metabolism in serum of blood in patients with a peptic ulcer, collagenoses, burn disease; to develop criteria of diagnostic of a stage of diseases, their degrees of activity and the forecast on healing ulcer defect and burn surfaces. THE RESULTS OBTAINED: increase of accuracy of diagnosing of a stage of pathological process, definition of terms of an ulcer and burn surfaces healing. NOVELTY: for the first time the method of diagnostics of stages of a peptic ulcer and collagenoses on the basis of definition marcing enzymes of a thymidine metabolism is offered.
