Gorky popup.description2 OBJECT OF RESEARCH - 140 patients with the psoriasis, 110 -atopic dermatitis, 85 - herpes genitalis, 100 - vulvovaginitis candidiasis. THE PURPOSE OF WORK - the reduction of duration of treatment, decrease of frequency and weight of the relapses, the lengthening of remissions at patients with the psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, herpes genitalis and vulvovaginitis candidiasis. THE RECEIVED RESULTS - the parameters of the suldidopeptidical leucotriens, the products of the peroxidation of the lipids, the antioxidant system are determined at the patients with the psoriasis; with the atopic dermatitis - the parameters of cellular and humoral immunity, the products peroxidation of the lipids, antioxidant system; with the herpes genitalis - the parameters of cellular and humeral immunity, immunocytogenetical ; with the vulvovaginitis candidiasis - the parameters of the microbiocenosis of the vagina, female sexual hormones, glucose, the secret IgA. THE NOVELTY - new ways of diagnostics, the estimation of the forecast, the treatment of the patients with the psoriasis, the atopic dermatitis, the herpes genitalis and the vulvovaginitis candidiasis are developed. RESEARCH - skin and venereal diseases' establishments, educational process. EFFICIENCY: at the patients with the psoriasis - recovery at 92,1 % of patients, reduction of treatment for 11,3 days and lengthening of remission in 2,7 times;with the atopic dermatitis - recovery at 89,7 % of children, decrease of the frequency of the relapses in 1,85 times and their weights in 2,05 times; with the herpes genitalis - recovery at 96,7 % of patients, reduction of duration of relapses in 2,4 times and their frequencies in 1,7 times; with the vulvovaginitis candidiasis - recovery at 93,5 % of patients, reduction of duration of relapses 2,6 times and their frequencies 3,2 times.
