Gorky popup.description2 OBJECT of RESEARCH: 297 patients with different valvular heart diseases (72 with aortic stenosis, 98 - aortic regurgitation and 127 - mitral regurgitation). PURPOSE: decrease of frequency cardiovascular complications, increase of patients survival rate. METHODS: clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical. RESULTS: determination of the risk factors for occurence and progression of left ventricular hypertrophy, systolic and diastolic dysfunctions, fatal arrhythmias in valvular heart diseases. NOVELTY: definition of the features of left ventricular geometry and functions, electrophysiolodical parameters in different stages of valvular heart diseases during applications of drug therapy. EFFICIENCY: decreasing of cardiovascular complications frequency at 20,5 %, patients survival rate at 15,7%. SPHERE of USE: therapeutical, rheumatological, cardiological, cardiosurgical departments.
