THE PURPOSE OF WORK: elaboration of the scientifically grounded measures of health strengthening and perfection of health services of the students of medical school and higher medical institutes. THE OBTAINED RESULTS: the ways of a healthy made of life formation the medical student, measure of optimization of training regimen and conditions in medical schools and institutes, and also measure of health services system perfection for the students allowing to improve parameters of prophylactic medical examination on 20-30% are scientifically grounded and elaborated. NOVELTY: regularities of the rising and spreading of discuses among the medical students, and also structure of their pathology have been specified; modern peculiarities of physical development of student's youth have been revealed; an integrated estimation of students health has been given. Regularities of mental and physical working ability and functional condition of students organism and also their dependence on process of training have been established; a complex of measures of optimization of training regimen for the students in medical school and higher medical institutes has been developed; directions of students medical services perfection have been grounded and on this basis the optimized system of their health services has been elaborated.
