We used current methodology for the investigation. 208 patients were enrolled into the programme, analysis of invalidity in Dnipropetrovsk was performed for 3 years. Perfected criterias of medical-social expertise for the pathology were developed and individual rehabilitation programms' forming principles were created also. We proposed new criteria for quality of life detection and developed basic principles of individual rehabilitation programmes constructing. The obtained results were included into the work in neurological department of the Institute, medico-social expert comissions activity, 18 scientific articles were published, 304 doctors-experts have focused training.
