Objectire: To ground new approaches to rehabilitation which should be founded on differencial application of pharmacotherapy and efferent peculiarities immunological and biochemical status of patients with rheumatic arthritis. Methods: clinical investigation for treatment effectireness control, biochemical methods for estimation inflammatory process actirity and side effects of base and non-steroid anti-inflammatory remedies, morphological and immunoenzyme methods used to estimate the effect of base drugs on liver, intestine, immune system, statistic methods to estimate validity of obtained results. Theoretical and practical results: The main pathogenic factors causing rheumatic arthritis complications, development of vitamin microelement deficieney, immune system factors dysbalance and peroxide antioxidate status have been detected. To be used: in treatment-and-prophylactic institutions (rheumatic, therapentic in-patient department, rheumatic and therapentic polyclinics), rehabilitation centers.
