Investigated amorphous ribbons were produced by quenching of two- or multycomponent Fe-based melting alloys. General regularity of analyzable elements distribution in surface area at the free and contact sides of the ribbon was observed. The reason of an essential deviation of chemical compositions in near-surface area from a stoichiometrical one, which is characteristic of the bulk of amorphous ribbon were established. The temperature range of crystallization and phase compound of ribbons during different stages of amorphous to crystalline state transition were determined. The thermostimulated surface segregation model was designed. Has been determined, that kinetics of element segregation is concerned with structure-phase modification of the ribbon during crystallization. The surface of ribbon topographydetermines down to depth per nanometers. The polyclusters model of quenching alloys has been verified during investigation.
