The purpose - to elaborate the procedure of ecology-agroameliorative investigation of irrigated lands and methods of protection and increase of its fertility. The methods - field researches, laboratory analyses, processing of results. The theoretical and practical results - the complex of agroameliorative measures on increase of irrigated lands fertility was elaborated. It includes the deep breaking on the depth of 60-75 sm with application of 100 ton/ga of dropping and application of chemical ameliorants from waste materials - chalky, calcium and iron-calcium fertilizer slurries. These measures improve the physical and chemical soil parameters, increase the agricultural crops productivity.
