The purpose of operation the development of high performance composition coats on a basis of polyorganosilicone resins by their directional modifying acrylic resins, and also introduction of filling agents of different functionality purpose. Research technique - is the physical-mechanical examinations, electrophysical examinations, examination of corrosion and weatherability, infrared analysis. Theoretically based and experimentally proved the opportunity of directional modifying silicone resins binding by acrylic polymers for reception on their basis binding is which combine positive properties of starting builders. Designed charged coats were which in comparison with existing organosilicone and acrylic enamels differ by boosted adhesion to constructional materials, longevity, by weatherability and operational reliability and can be utillized for effective protection and repair of industrial structures, which are under influence of the atmospheric factors. The designed technology is implemented at manufacturing a experimental batch silicone of charged coats. The industrial introduction of designed technology is possible on the basis of the designed technological rules of process of production of enamel "silicone-acrylic " on effective equipment of the plants of paint industry.
