Localization of a heat-up of the cathode near emitting surface is achieved at the expense of use of more high-ohmic heater by width of 1-1,5 mm, connected with the emitter and current supplies in one-piece. Current supplies are produced from viscous directed reinforced borides ceramics with low electric resistance (r = 6-10 mkОm sm) and durability (1200-1400 МPа). Physical and chemical fundamentalses of technological processes of manufacture reinforced borides ceramics by the directed crystallization from melt and sintering of high uniformly mixtures of dispersible dusts in conditions of high-speed heat and the big temperature gradient are developed. By resource trials it is shown, that obtained ceramic cathode assemblies for power do not yield, and behind spatial - geometrical performances and adaptability to manufacture of manufacture exceed the best world analogs. Ceramic cathode assemblies effectively may be used instead of tungstic in serial gears of electron-probe analysis and technological devices with high-intensity bunches.
