The objects of standartization are terms and definitions concerning fire safety and fire engineering.The aim of the work is revision of actual standards DSTU 2272-93 of SSLS "Fire safety. Terms and definitions" and DSTU 2273-93 of SSLS "Fire engineering. Terms and definitions".In accordance to the technical specification and the working program a set of standards, technical and phylological literture has been gathered and analysed. Corresponding draft standards have been developed taking in to account recent level of science, engineering and Ukrainiar phylology.5635
