The development is aimed at - introduction of the corporate knowledge-checking system in the Customer's computer network. The above-mentioned system includes the following subsystems: Training and knowledge control, Instructor, Author of courses. The research method is theory of mathematical modeling. Basic components of the development and introduction: generation of recommendations based on the mechanical structure of computer assessment of business and professional qualities of state white collars; introduction of Training systems and knowledges control; those of the Instructor, the Author of courses; preparation for activities as a constituent part of previously developed test courses dedicated to the following documents: the Constitution of Ukraine , the Law of Ukraine "On State Service" and "On struggle with corruption"; generation of user activity descriptions for all the subsystems presented as plans actions.
