The basic purposes of work are: - Studying existing methodological approaches for monitoring scientific and technical projects and programs; - Studying existing systems of indicators of efficiency of scientific and technical projects; - The analysis of available information base for monitoring efficiency of scientific and technical programs of cooperation; - Development of the system of indicators of efficiency of scientific and technical programs of cooperation with the countries of EU and methodology of their definition. As a whole work is directed on creation of methodology, techniques and technologies of monitoring of efficiency of scientific and technical programs of cooperation with the countries of EU. The methods of the research are scientific generalization, the system analysis. In the report are the basic results of scientific-research work's executed in the year 2003 which accord to the planned schedule of works . Scientific-research results are at the stage of development and approbation in the Ministry of education and sciences of Ukraine.
