Methods: clinical-immunological screening, profound study of a immune system state, statistical. The results: formation of changed sensitivity responses at the patients with immunedependent somatic pathology on the basis of a separate subpopulations responses complex of immunocompetent cells. The blanket mechanisms include presence of cell responses such as to antigenes of a microbial parentage and relevant tissue antigenes: expression modulation of activation antigenes, oppression of activation responses. The particular diversions - ascending of numbercytotoxic cells, which concern to CD8 + lymphocytes, connection of CD4 + cells levels changes and relation CD4 +/CD8 + lymphocytes with exposed doses if radiation, oppression or dyscoordination of immunocompetent cells activation process with change of percent of cells, which expressed early antigenes of activation - CD71, CD25 and HLA-DR. Experimental beforeclinical examinations in vitro fixed, that at cell activation of exogenous cultures by recombinent interleukines - by fissile substances - N-acetylstearoilamine and „ super Erbisol" are possible different on phenotype variants of the answer Th1 and - or Th2 subpopulations. The effect of „ super Erbisol" at patients, which havebeen irradiated in doses which are not exceeding 50 sGy, includes mainly Th2- response, in irradiation in doses exceeding 50 sGy - formations as Th1, and Th2 responses.
