High level of HC gp-39 gene expression was revealed in high grade gliomas. This gene can be used as marker of glial tumor progression. TSC-22 gene lacks its expression in anaplastic astrocytomas and glioblastomas, but its expression is high in benign gliomas. Clinical data correlated to molecular genetic analysis data.
