The expression of the morphological and function signs have been depended on the spread and dangerous off the bronchi-pulmonary disease. Among the bronchial asthma patients the following important reasons of cardiovascular complications were defined: the dangerous proceed of bronchial asthma, sympatotonic tipe of vegetative nervous system, asympatotonic tipe of vegative nervous system reaction, hyperkinetic tipe of haemodynamic, the presence of the diastolic left and right ventriculis disfunction. For the chronic bronchitis patients - the spread of pulmonary sclerosis which combined with bronchiectasis and diffuse purulent bronchitis also. For the first time the Echo -CG criteria of the left and right ventriculis disfunction was developed.
