Exterior walls from outside" establishes test method for determination of fire safety class both of the exterior walls of the buildings and exterior walls with their heat insulation from outside (from facades side). Heaters, which possess increased fire hazard, are used for heat insulation of the exterior walls. At present normative requirements concerning application of combustible materials on facades of the buildings are absent in Ukraine. So this project of interstate standard is urgent concerning the field of application. According to terms and definitions by the clause 1 of the Law of Ukraine "Concerning standardization" the submitted for review standard project can be attributed to regional standards. The submitted for review project of interstate standard GOST "Building structures. Methods of fire hazard determination.
