Moreover, the aim is create simulations algorithms for phase shifters, and to develop measurements methods to study electrical parameters of dielectric materials that should be used in phase shifters elaborations. The objects of study were the waveguide, hybrid and integrated microwave devices that have dielectric materials as bulk so as thin film forms, and that are implemented as tunable dielectric materials, and these materials properties. Major tasks that were solved for this purpose were: the elaboration of piezoelectric control principles for waveguides partially filled by dielectric; the formation of electrodynamics models for the integrated lines, hybrid lines and waveguides; the elaboration of electrode-less method fot thin ferroelectric film study; the improvement of waveguide method for dielectrics investigation.
